In this role, you will:

People Operations

  • Design recruitment processes that identify talent AND cultural alignment
  • Build onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success from day one
  • Develop retention strategies based on data and genuine employee feedback
  • Create career development frameworks that grow people, not just fill roles

Policy & Compliance

  • Craft policies that protect the company while empowering employees
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws without creating bureaucracy
  • Manage benefits administration with attention to both cost and employee value
  • Handle sensitive situations with discretion and emotional intelligence

Culture & Engagement

  • Champion initiatives that reinforce our values in action, not just words
  • Facilitate team development sessions that actually improve collaboration
  • Build feedback systems that create dialogue, not just annual reviews
  • Measure and improve employee engagement through meaningful metrics

Administrative Excellence

  • Streamline administrative processes that currently waste everyone's time
  • Maintain accurate records while respecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with external providers (payroll, benefits, legal) efficiently
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights on people metrics
