What are we looking for:
We are looking for an experienced GHL Specialist who can manage and optimize our GoHighLevel system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident in building funnels, automations, and CRM pipelines that improve lead generation and conversions.
You should be proactive, organized, and able to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
In this role, you will:
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM, including pipelines, contacts, and tags to ensure smooth lead tracking and follow-up
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records across all stages of the sales pipeline
Funnel & Landing Page Building
- Build and maintain high-converting funnels, landing pages, and forms within GHL
- Test and optimize pages for better user experience and conversion rates
Automation & Workflows
- Design and implement automation workflows for email sequences, SMS campaigns, appointment reminders, and lead nurturing
- Create and manage triggers, actions, and conditional logic to streamline sales and marketing processes
Integrations & Technical Setup
- Integrate GHL with third-party tools using Zapier, webhooks, and native integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues across workflows, integrations, and funnel pages
Requirements:
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Strong knowledge of CRM setup and pipeline management
- Experience building funnels and landing pages
- Ability to create automation workflows (email, SMS, triggers)
- Experience with integrations (Zapier, webhooks, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
