In this role, you will:
Strategic Digital Execution:
- Design and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with business objectives
- Balance brand building with performance marketing—knowing when each matters
- Optimize marketing funnels from awareness through conversion
Data-Driven Campaign Management
- Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Apply statistical rigor to A/B testing—understanding significance, not just percentages
- Create attribution models that reflect actual customer journeys
SEO & Content Strategy
- Develop content strategies based on search intent and competitive analysis
- Execute technical SEO improvements that impact rankings and user experience
- Build sustainable link-building strategies that don't rely on shortcuts
Marketing Technology
- Manage marketing automation workflows that nurture leads intelligently
- Integrate marketing tools to create efficient tech stacks
- Stay current with platform changes and emerging channels worth testing
Performance Analysis
- Create dashboards that executives actually use
- Identify patterns in data that reveal opportunities or threats
- Present findings with recommended actions, not just observations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results
- Certification in Google Ads and Analytics (or equivalent platform expertise)
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable with Excel, SQL is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign management and results
